AD: Finland, Mexico, Netherlands & Sweden Pure Carboxymethylcellulose
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued a notice stating that at the request of the petitioners, it is postponing until no later than December 16, 2004 (from November 16, 2004) its preliminary antidumping (AD) duty determinations on purified carboxymethylcellulose from Finland, Mexico, Netherlands, and Sweden.

The ITA states that in accordance with 19 CFR 351.205(e) it has reviewed the petitioners' request for postponement and has agreed to postpone these preliminary determinations.
