The International Trade Administration (ITA) has initiated a new shipper review for the antidumping (AD) duty order on hot-rolled flat-rolled carbon quality steel products from Brazil with respect to the following company, as both exporter and producer, and review period:

Bonding Allowed in Lieu of AD Cash Deposit

The ITA states that until completion of the review, it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to allow, at the option of the importer, the posting of a bond or security in lieu of an AD cash deposit for entries of subject merchandise both produced and exported from Brazil by Companhia Siderrgica.

(The ITA states that Companhia Siderrgica has provided the required certifications, as well as documentation to initiate this AD duty new shipper review.)
