According to the ITA, on August 27, 2004, Fengkun Foundry submitted information and documentation in support of its claim that it is the successor-in-interest to Fengkun Metallurgical Ltd., Co. (Fengkun Metallurgical). At that time, Fengkun Foundry requested that the ITA conduct a changed circumstances review to determine whether it is the successor-in-interest to Fengkun Metallurgical and whether it should receive the same AD duty treatment as is accorded to Fengkun Metallurgical with respect to subject merchandise.
Although it is initiating this AD duty changed circumstances review, the ITA has determined that expediting this review would be inappropriate. Therefore, the preliminary results of this AD duty changed circumstances review will be published in the Federal Register and the ITA will issue the final results not later than 270 days after October 12, 2004.
In addition, the ITA states that it will not change the AD cash deposit requirements for the merchandise subject to this AD duty changed circumstances review, unless a change is determined to be warranted pursuant to the final results of this review.
