AD: China Freshwater Crawfish Tail Meat
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued the final results of the antidumping (AD) duty administrative review of freshwater crawfish tail meat from China for the period of September 1, 2002 through August 31, 2003.

AD Cash Deposit Rates for a Time of Entry On/After 10/20/04

Importantly, the ITA states that Hubei Qianjiang Houhu Cold & Processing Factory, Shouzhou Huaxiang Foodstuffs Co., Ltd., Qingdao Jinyongxiang Aquatic Foods Co., Ltd, and Nantong Shengfa Frozen Food Co., Ltd. are now subject to the China-wide rate.
(a) For previously reviewed China and non-China exporters with separate rates, the cash deposit rate will be the company-specific rate established for the most recent period;
(b) For China exporters which do not have a separate rate, including the exporters named in the footnote above, the China-wide cash deposit rate will be 223.01%.
(c) For all other non-China exporters of the subject merchandise, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the China exporter that supplied the non-China exporter.
Assessment Instructions for Review Period (09/01/02 - 08/31/03)
The ITA states that it will determine and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will assess AD duties on all appropriate entries of subject merchandise. The ITA states that it will issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to CBP within 15 days of October 20, 2004.
