AD: South Africa Certain Aluminum Plate
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has published in the Federal Register its final antidumping (AD) duty determination that certain aluminum plate from South Africa is being, or is likely to be, sold in the U.S. at less than fair value.

As a result, the ITA states that it is directing U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to continue to suspend liquidation of all entries of subject aluminum plate from South Africa that have a time of entry on or after May 21, 2004.
The ITA also states that it is directing CBP to continue to require a cash deposit or the posting of a bond at the revised rates below for entries of subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after October 12, 2004:
