AD: Japan Structural Steel Beams

The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its final results of the changed circumstances antidumping (AD) duty review of structural steel beams from Japan, concluding that Yamato Steel Co., Ltd. (Yamato Steel) is the successor-in-interest to Yamato Kogyo Co. Ltd. (Yamato Kogyo).

As a result, the ITA states that it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) that entries of subject merchandise from Yamato Steel that have a time of entry on or after September 17, 2004, will be subject to the AD cash deposit rate of zero, Yamato Kogyo's previous AD rate.
