AD: China Certain Preserved Mushrooms
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has initiated a new shipper review for the antidumping (AD) duty order on certain preserved mushrooms from China with respect to the following company, as producer/exporter, and review period:

Bonding Allowed in Lieu of AD Cash Deposit
The ITA states that until completion of the review, it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to allow, at the option of the importer, the posting of a bond or security in lieu of an AD cash deposit for entries of the subject merchandise both produced and exported from China by Blue Field.
(In accordance with certain specified provisions of 19 CFR 351.214(b), the ITA states that Blue Field has provided the required certifications, as well as documentation, to initiate this AD duty new shipper review.)
