AD: Mexico and Turkey Light-Walled Rectangular Pipe and Tube

The International Trade Administration (ITA) has published in the Federal Register its final antidumping (AD) duty determinations that light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Mexico and Turkey are being, or are likely to be, sold in the U.S. at less than fair value.

Final Affirmative AD Duty Determinations

As a result, the ITA states that it is directing U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to continue to suspend liquidation of all entries of subject merchandise from Mexico and Turkey that have a time of entry on or after April 13, 2004.

The ITA also states that it is directing CBP to require an AD cash deposit or the posting of a bond at the revised rates below, for entries of subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after September 2, 2004:
