Kien Giang had previously been subject to the 93.13% "all others" rate, which is unchanged from the preliminary AD duty determination. (The ITA adds that because the ministerial errors alleged with respect to the mandatory respondents do not constitute significant ministerial errors under 19 CFR 351.224(g), it is not changing the weighted average dumping margin from the preliminary AD duty determination.)
