Export Compliance Daily combines U.S. export control news, foreign border import regulation and policy developments into a single daily information service that reliably informs its trade professional readers about important current issues affecting their operations.

The ITA has previously stated that the China-wide rate applies to all entries of subject merchandise except for entries from the exporters/producers that are identified individually above.

BP Note on China

In the amended preliminary AD duty determination for polyethylene retail carrier bags from China, the ITA indicated that the AD rates listed for the individually listed companies were applicable only when the individually listed companies both produce and export subject merchandise.

However, in the final and amended final AD duty determinations and in the order, ITA sources explain that this statement was omitted as the ITA realized it was inaccurate.
