Postponement of Preliminary Antidumping Duty Determination

According to the ITA, it has determined that this case is extraordinarily complicated due to the (a) inherently unique product covered in this investigation, and (b) highly complex corporate structures and production processes of the respondents in this investigation; therefore, the ITA states that additional time is necessary to make its preliminary determination.

(See ITT's Online Archives or 04/19/04 news, (Ref: 04041950) for BP summary of the initiation of the AD and countervailing (CV) duty investigations on live swine from Canada.)
