(b) For all other subject merchandise exported by Ever Rich, Linshu Dading, Sunny, Taian Ziyang, Jinxiang Dong Yun, the cash deposit rate will be the China-wide rate of 376.67%.
(c) For all other China exporters of subject merchandise which have not been found to be entitled to a separate rate, the cash deposit rate will be the China-wide rate of 376.67%.
(d) For all non-China exporters of subject merchandise, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the China exporter that supplied that exporter.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (11/01/02 - 04/30/03)
According to the ITA, it will determine and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will assess AD duties on all appropriate entries. The ITA states that it will issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to CBP within 15 days of August 3, 2004.
