AD: Canada Steel Wire Rod and Taiwan Steel Pipe Fittings
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping (AD) duty administrative reviews:

The ITA states that that Ta Chen includes the following subsidiaries, which are also subject to Ta Chen's preliminary AD margin: Ta Chen International, Ta Chen (BVI) Holdings Ltd., Ta-Jei Investment Co., Ltd., Ta Ever Investment Co., Ltd., Ta Chen Steel Investment Co., Ltd., Banner Fastener Inc., Tension Control Bolting, Inc., Shiziazhuang Hitai Precision Casting Co., Ltd., and Ta Chen Baoding Precision Casting Co., Ltd.
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of July 7, 2004 (Taiwan), and July 20, 2004 (Canada).
