ITA states that it has preliminarily collapsed Gansu Tongda, Tongda Fruit Juice and Beverage Liquan Co., Ltd. and Tongda Fruit Juice & Beverage Binxian Co., Ltd., into one entity for purposes of this AD duty administrative review.
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of June 14, 2004 (A-570-848) and July 6, 2004 (A-570-855 and A-570-868).
