AD: Mexico Cement and Clinker, China Fresh Garlic
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping (AD) duty administrative review and new shipper review:

AD duty new shipper review. A bond or other security may continue to be posted in lieu of an AD cash deposit, until the final results are in effect.
(a) The ITA has preliminarily determined that the AD margin for these collapsed parties is 62.15%. However, the ITA states that the cash-deposit amount for CEMEX/GCCC will be the amount per metric ton determined in the final results of this AD duty administrative review.
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative and new shipper reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of June 22, 2004 (Mexico) and within 90 days of July 6, 2004 (China).
