Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (05/14/01 - 12/31/02)
The ITA states that within 15 days of July 7, 2004, it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to liquidate shipments of low enriched uranium by Urenco Group from Germany, Netherlands, and United Kingdom with a time of entry from May 14, 2001 through September 10, 2001 at 1.57%, and with a time of entry from February 13, 2002 through December 31, 2002 at 1.47%.
