AD/CV: Canada Certain Softwood Lumber

The International Trade Administration (ITA) has initiated new shipper reviews for the antidumping (AD) and countervailing (CV) duty orders on certain softwood lumber from Canada with respect to the following company and review periods:

Bonding Allowed in Lieu of AD & CV Cash Deposit

The ITA states that until completion of these reviews, it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to allow, at the option of the importer, the posting of a bond or security in lieu of an AD or CV cash deposit for each entry of subject merchandise both exported and produced by Seed Timber.

(The ITA states that in accordance with certain specified provisions of 19 CFR 351.214(b) Seed Timber has provided the required certifications and documentation to initiate these AD and CV duty new shipper reviews.)
