These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty new shipper reviews which are currently due within 90 days of June 1, 2004 (brake rotors) and June 3, 2004 (honey), unless the time limit is extended.
Preliminary Rescission of AD New Shipper Review for Jinfu/Cixi
The ITA states that it is preliminarily rescinding the AD duty new shipper review of honey from China with respect to subject merchandise exported by Jinfu Trading Co., Ltd. (Jinfu) and produced by Cixi City Yikang Bee Industry Co., Ltd. (Cixi) (Jinfu/Cixi).
Bonding Continues to Be Allowed in Lieu of AD Cash Deposit
The ITA states that Cheng Du, Jinfu/Cixi, and Shenyang may continue to post a bond or other security in lieu of an AD cash deposit, until the final results of these AD duty new shipper reviews are published.
