Preliminary Results of AD Duty Changed Circumstances Review

According to the ITA, Shenzhen CSG Automotive Glass Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen CSG) asserts that Shenzhen Benxun AutoGlass Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen Benxun) changed its name to Shenzhen CSG and that entries of subject merchandise from Shenzhen CSG should be entitled to Shenzhen Benxun's cash deposit rate.

As a result, the ITA states that it preliminarily determines that Shenzhen CSG is the successor-in-interest to Shenzhen Benxun, for purposes of determining AD duty liability. Thus, with respect to subject merchandise, the ITA has preliminarily determined that Shenzhen CSG should receive the same 9.84% AD duty cash deposit rate as Shenzhen Benxun.

The ITA states that the AD cash deposit determination from this changed circumstances review will apply to subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after the date of publication of the final results of this review.

(See ITA notice for more information, including the scope of the review and comment submission requirements. See ITT's Online Archives or 03/11/04 news, 04031155 for BP summary of the initiation of this AD duty changed circumstances review.)
