Postponement of Preliminary Countervailing Duty Determinations

The ITA notes that because August 21, 2004 is a Saturday, the actual due date for these preliminary CV duty determinations will be Monday, August 23, 2004.

The ITA states that it is postponing these preliminary CV duty determinations because it finds no compelling reason to deny the petitioners' request.

(See ITA notice for more information. See ITT's Online Archives or 04/21/04 news, 04042140 for BP summary of the initiation of the CV duty investigations of subject merchandise from India, Thailand, Taiwan and Indonesia.)
