AD: Japan Outboard Engines

The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued a notice stating that, at the request of the petitioner, it is postponing the preliminary antidumping (AD) duty determination on outboard engines from Japan until no later than July 16, 2004 (from June 16, 2004).

Postponement of Preliminary Antidumping Du

The ITA states that for reasons identified by the petitioner, and because there are no compelling reasons to deny the request, it is postponing the preliminary AD duty determination in this investigation an additional 30 days.

The ITA notes that the deadline for the final AD duty determination in this investigation will continue to be 75 days after the date of the preliminary determination.
