The ITA notes that Longkou Jinzheng agreed to waive the time limits for issuance of the preliminary results of this AD duty new shipper review, in order that the ITA may conduct this AD duty new shipper review concurrent with the seventh AD duty administrative review of brake rotors from China. Bonding Allowed in Lieu of AD Cash Deposit

The ITA states that until completion of the review, it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to allow, at the option of the importer, the posting of a bond or security in lieu of an AD cash deposit for each entry of subject merchandise both produced and exported by Longkou Jinzheng.

(The ITA states that in accordance with 19 CFR 351.214(b) Longkou Jinzheng has provided the required certification and documentation to initiate this AD duty new shipper review.)
