AD: Certain Frozen and Canned Warmwater Shrimp from 6 Countries

The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued a notice stating that it is postponing the preliminary antidumping (AD) duty determinations on certain frozen and canned warmwater shrimp from Brazil, Ecuador, India, Thailand, China, and Vietnam until no later than July 2, 2004 (China and Vietnam) and July 28, 2004 (Brazil, Ecuador, India, and Thailand).

The ITA states that it has determined that these investigations are extraordinarily complicated and additional time is necessary.

Therefore, the ITA states that it is (a) partially extending the preliminary determination date (from June 8, 2004 to July 2, 2004) for China and Vietnam, and (b) fully extending the preliminary determination date (from June 8, 2004 to July 28, 2004) for Brazil, Ecuador, India, and Thailand.
