CV: Canada Live Swine

The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued a notice stating that it is postponing the preliminary countervailing (CV) duty determination on live swine from Canada until no later than August 16, 2004 (from June 11, 2004).

Postponement of Preliminary Countervailing Duty Determination

The ITA states that it has determined that this investigation is extraordinarily complicated; therefore, it is extending the due date for the preliminary CV duty determination in this investigation by 65 days.
