AD: China Hand Trucks and Certain Parts Thereof

ITA Postpones Final AD Duty Determination
The ITA states that since it has made an affirmative preliminary AD duty determination and no compelling reasons for denial exist, it has postponed the final AD duty determination until not later than 135 days after May 24, 2004.
The ITA also states that the provisional measures (the suspension of liquidation and AD cash deposit/bond requirements) are extended to not more than six months.
