Export Compliance Daily combines U.S. export control news, foreign border import regulation and policy developments into a single daily information service that reliably informs its trade professional readers about important current issues affecting their operations.
The ITA states that there are no compelling reasons to deny the petitioner's request. Therefore, pursuant to 19 CFR 351.210(b)(2)(i), the ITA is postponing the deadline for the final determination in this investigation.
Since the preliminary AD duty determination in this investigation was negative, suspension of liquidation did not occur.
(See ITA notice for more information. See ITT's Online Archives or 12/23/03 news, 03122355 for BP summary of the preliminary negative AD duty determination in this investigation.)
